Hello! I'm happy to have you here! This is new (for myself as well), so I want to introduce myself and share my heart and what led me to create, "Whispers from the Shepherd." If there is anything that has been a guiding point, and foundation for my life, it would be the passage of Psalms 23. The security of knowing the Lord as our shepherd is a promise that nothing else will ever compare to! As a college student, I've experienced the many ways that life can dim the voice of our Shepherd and exalt many other voices instead. Navigating identity, friendships, the future, adulthood, even just a mundane Tuesday, can get loud, and the voice of the Shepherd can seem very quiet. But the good news is, His goodness and love have never stopped pursuing us, even the days we don't find ourselves pursuing Him. The Shepherd has been speaking the same promises over His sheep throughout eternity! My prayer for this platform is that my words fall to the ground and only the "whispers" of our Savior find a spot to dwell in your hearts. I pray that the Lord may use me as a vessel to reach hearts, and transform lives like He did mine. Whether you're in high school, college, or any other phase of life, I pray you allow the Shepherd to meet you where you are, and allow His whispers to be your foundation and joy.
